ACRE

ACRE, short for AI-Based Causality and Reasoning for Deceptive Assets, aims to strengthen defence mechanisms against advanced and persistent threats. The project combines AI, causal models, and reasoning to help analysts understand attacks targeting complex networks and distributed systems.

The goal is not only to detect hostile behaviour, but also to reconstruct connections, intent, and likely next steps. In practice, the project works on tools that make attack scenarios easier to read and investigate.
