Prof. Matteo Frau

Matteo Frau is Full Professor of Comparative Public Law at the Department of Law of the University of Brescia. He coordinates and contributes to research groups working on constitutional arrangements, war, and security.

His research focuses on comparative public law, constitutional war powers, counter-terrorism, and the legal limits of technological developments in the defence domain. He regularly lectures in seminars and master programmes dealing with the relationship between innovation, security, and constitutional orders.
