Prof. Francesca Romanin Jacur
Francesca Romanin Jacur is Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Brescia. She teaches and conducts research in public international law, European Union law, and energy transition.
Her scientific activity focuses in particular on environmental international law, climate change and energy law, the international protection of fundamental rights, and public-private cooperation in international law. She has also taught at the University of Milan and contributes to research and training initiatives at the intersection of law, technology, and security.
