Round table at Domani Lavoro on new cybersecurity professions

On November 5, 2025, Federico Cerutti and Giorgio Pedrazzi took part in a round table at Domani Lavoro, hosted at the Brescia fair, to discuss the role of new professional profiles required by cybersecurity and the need for people who can connect technical expertise, governance, and compliance.

The discussion focused on skills rather than slogans: not only deeply technical specialists, but also professionals able to coordinate processes, understand regulatory constraints, and translate cyber risk into sustainable organisational decisions.

The round table connected cybersecurity education with labour demand and career orientation, especially for roles that need to move comfortably between technical work, governance, and regulation.
