Preparing for Information Security: Business Testimonies and Corporate Strategies

On June 3, 2025, the series explicitly adopted the title DIALOGHI TRA DIRITTO E TECNOLOGIA and moved the conversation onto especially concrete ground: how organisations prepare for information security through business testimony, governance models, and strategic approaches to risk.

The event developed along three complementary lines. Matteo Mutti discussed reputation, resilience, and the new priorities of evolving companies; Giorgio Pedrazzi addressed legal compliance in corporate cybersecurity as a matter of norms, governance, and standards; Federico Cerutti presented the logic of intelligence-led cyber resilience. The session was moderated by lawyer Dino Corbo of the Camera Civile di Brescia.

This edition makes the distinctive character of the series particularly visible: it does not separate the technical world from the legal one, but builds a shared language between them. Security decisions depend not only on tools, but also on responsibilities, processes, organisational culture, and the ability to translate legal requirements into sustainable operational practice.

The event was hosted in the Sala delle Candelabre of the Department of Law at the University of Brescia, with remote participation also available via Microsoft Teams.
