Cybersecurity Without Borders: From IT/OT Convergence to Hybrid Warfare

On September 8, 2026, DIALOGHI TRA DIRITTO E TECNOLOGIA turns to cybersecurity without borders, examining how IT/OT convergence and process digitalisation expand the attack surface and reshape security responsibilities.

Glauco Benini, CISO at Feralpi Siderurgica S.p.A., will discuss the complexity created by the union of IT and OT. Matteo Frau will address hybrid warfare, new technologies, and the increasing overlap between cybersecurity and cyberdefence. Francesca Romanin Jacur will examine technology value chains from an international-law perspective. The session will be moderated by Professor Francesco Gringoli.
